　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　2004夏、mAAN[modern Asian Architecture Network]が上海にある工場を一大デザインセンターへ

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　と再生するためのマスタープランを作り上げる為のワークショップを上海、楊浦区の黄浦江沿いの

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　工場にて行なった。そこにゲストアーティストとしてよばれた僕は、参加した学生たちが工場を調

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　査している間ひたすら工場を記録し続けた。学生たちの中間発表の日、工場の一室を使いインスタ

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　レーションを行なった。

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　A workshop to make a master plan to remake an old factory into one large design center
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　in Shanghai, was held by mAAN (modern Asian Architecture Network) at a factory along
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　the Huangpu River in summer, 2004. I, who had been called there as a guest artist, kept
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　single-mindedly recording the factory while the participating students were surveying it.
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　The installation was held in a room of the factory on the day of the students' interim
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　report.
